درباره من
من متین خسروی هستم—پزشکی که تصمیم گرفت مسیر متفاوتی را دنبال کند. سال‌ها در بیهوشی و مراقبت‌های ویژه کار کردم، اما در نهایت راه خود را به سوی سلامت دیجیتال و هوش مصنوعی کج کردم؛ جایی که داده، الگوریتم، و همدلی به هم می‌رسند. در حال حاضر مسئول زیرساخت داده و هوش مصنوعی در شرکت پیشتاز طب هستم، جایی که هدف فقط پردازش اطلاعات نیست، بلکه ساختن ابزارهایی‌ست که به انسان کمک می‌کنند. در تهران زندگی می‌کنم، در کنار زینب، شریک زندگی و اندیشه‌ام—پزشکی علاقه‌مند به آینده‌پژوهی سلامت. با هم آرزوی دنیایی را داریم که در آن حکمرانی عقلانی‌ست، خدمات انسانی‌اند، و علم در خدمت کرامت انسان. این وبلاگ جایی‌ست برای تأمل، پرسش، و مستندسازی این مسیر—میان پزشکی و ماشین، میان امید و منطق.
فعالیت‌های من
فعالیت‌های روزمره‌ام گستره‌ی وسیعی از کارها را در تلاقی سلامت، داده و نوآوری در بر می‌گیرد. در شرکت پیشتاز طب، در حال ساخت زیرساختی مقیاس‌پذیر برای داده و هوش مصنوعی هستم—از دریافت داده‌های خام تا توسعه‌ی سرویس‌های هوش مصنوعی به عنوان خدمت. هم‌زمان، در طراحی محصول، استراتژی علمی، و ارزیابی پزشکی ابزارهای تشخیصی و دیجیتال مشاوره می‌دهم. در بیرون از شرکت، روی محصولات سلامت فردمحور و طول عمر فعال هستم، با چشم‌انداز مراقبتی پیشگیرانه و شخصی‌سازی‌شده. همچنین در تحول دیجیتال نظام سلامت و پروژه‌های عمومی بهداشتی نقش دارم، و گاهی برای علاقه‌مندان به تقاطع پزشکی و یادگیری ماشین، راهنمایی می‌کنم.

About Me
I’m Matin Khosravi—a medical doctor who chose to walk a different path. After years of working in anesthesiology and critical care, I shifted toward digital health, where data, algorithms, and empathy converge. Currently, I lead AI and data infrastructure at Pishtaz Teb Corporation, designing systems that don’t just process data, but help people. I live in Tehran with my partner in life and thought, Zeynab, a physician and thinker deeply passionate about the future of healthcare. Together, we dream of a world where governance is rational, services are humane, and science serves dignity. This weblog is where I reflect, question, and document this journey—between medicine and machine, hope and logic.
My Activity
My daily work spans a wide range of activities at the intersection of healthcare, data, and innovation. At Pishtaz Teb, I’m building a scalable AI and data infrastructure—from raw data ingestion to high-level AI-as-a-Service pipelines. I also consult on medical strategy, product design, and scientific validation for diagnostics and digital tools. Beyond corporate work, I’m developing external products in the longevity and precision health domains, with a vision of personalized, preventive care. I contribute to public health efforts, digital transformation in healthcare units, and mentor others stepping into the convergence of medicine and machine learning.
